MINING HOSE

Nylon Tubes and Coils are an SABS (South African Bureau of Standards) approved mining hose supplier and are the leading mining hose manufacturer in South Africa. The mining hoses are manufactured to SANS 1086 and strict quality control has been put in place to make sure that an outstanding product is available for the heavy demands of the mining industry.

Mining hose Full range of mining hose from 10mm to 50mm in orange blue and heavy duty green PVC liner with PVC cover and reinforced with polyester yarn (including our Barelli mining hose). The mining hoses are designed for both the South African and other extreme mining conditions. Uses include water and air conveyance, hoses for compressors, jack hammers and pneumatic tools. Suitable for  temperature ranges from 0 to 60°C.

Anti-static loading hose Semi conductive loading mining hose liner reinforced with polyester yarn with a PVC oil and abrasion resistant cover. Liner meets resistance requirements.

Rock drill hose Heavy duty high pressure mining hoses are used in the construction, industrial and mining industries particularly on rock drill and mining equipment. It is oil and abrasion resistant and exceeds the burst and working pressures for SANS 1086.

PVC HOSE

Nylon Tubes and Coils manufacture and distribute PVC hose. We supply a wide range of PVC hoses and are specialists in the Suction & Dragline PVC hoses. Our PVC is heavy metal free and non-toxic. The PVC Suction Hose is used for countless construction, industrial, fishing, mining, liquid and material applications. It is more  economical and lighter than similar rubber hoses and has a smooth bore. The PVC suction hose is well suited for outdoor services being crush and abrasion resistant for temperatures ranging between 0 to +60°C. Sizes from 25mm to 300mm in 30meter rolls. We also specialize in designing hoses for special applications.

Other types of PVC Suction Hose include: • Ducting – for saw dust, fumes extraction, also for transfer of air and gases. • Flexi – suitable for hand held applications for mining, construction, de-watering etc. • Non-toxic transparent PVC – ideal for the wine and milk industries • Heavy-duty – with spiral reinforcements, ideal for mining, dredging, fishing industries etc. • Standard-duty – designed for suction and delivery of liquids and mixtures in mining, agriculture, industry etc • Medium-duty – flexible, spirally reinforced PVC suction hose.

Blue Bore Dragline – Weather Resistant PVC Hose The Blue Bore PVC Dragline Hose is our most popular dragline hose and is easily identified by its distinctive blue inner lining. Blue Bore PVC Dragline is a robust weather resistant hose manufactured mainly for agriculture, golf courses and sport field irrigation. Dragline is also used as droppers on pivot irrigation systems. • Blue Bore available in 3/4” (20mm) • Standard Black PVC Dragline Hoses with black inner available in 12mm & 25mm

Air and Water Hose General all-purpose hose for airlines and air tools. The PVC hose has good oil and chemical resistance and is available in red, blue and black.

Clear and Industrial PVC Hose We manufacture a range of clear reinforced and un-reinforced hoses from clear PVC. Sizes range from 6mm to 20mm. Clear PVC hoses can be used for fluid and air applications (general fluid conveyance) such as fish pond pumps, factories, cooling pipes, mixing factories and workshops. The reinforced yarn PVC clear pipe can be used in situations up to approximately 10 bar.

Garden Hose Garden hoses are manufactured from PVC hose and is reinforced with yarn. PVC garden hoses are flexible and importantly UV and kink resistant. It is manufactured in standard and heavy-duty. The garden hose is available in 1/2” and 3/4” and 1” in any length.

NYLON TUBES

Our Nylon Tubes are made from high quality PA12. They have excellent dimensional stability, are light and save about 75% in weight over rubber and steel lines.
Main uses are for pneumatics and air brake lines for articulated trucks and trailers. Metric tubing complies with DIN73378.

Nylon Tubes are available in red, blue, green, yellow and black,, with natural sizes from 4mm to 22mm.

Imperial nylon tubing is available from 1/8” to 3/4” in black and natural. All tubing available ex stock in 30m rolls. Any other sizes, colours and lengths are available on request.

SUZI COILS

Nylon Tubes and Coils are the leading manufacturer of Suzi Coils, Air Coils, Electrical and Automotive Coils in South Africa.

• Our Suzi Coils are manufactured from PA12 and comply with SABS 1194-2006.
• The fittings are environmentally friendly and are hexavalent free.
• Our Nylon Coils have been tested to 300 hours salt spray and comply with the new automotive requirements.
• Auto Coils (eg for trucking industry) are available in yellow (working line) and red (safety line) as standard, other colours are available on request.
• Suitable for the use in automation system.
• Suzi Coils are also designed to be used with various air tools.
• The air tool Suzi coils are made to order according to colour, length & size and are designed to be used with various airtools
• Suzi Automotive Coils are designed specifically for pneumatics and air brake lines used in trucks and trailers.
