Absorbag

• Once activated the calcium chloride stored in the top portion of the Absorbag starts to absorb moisture from the surrounding air. The absorbed moisture gradually dissolves into brine which is captured in the lower part of the Absorbag.
• Once captured the moisture will not re-evaporate back into the air.

Absorgel Hanging

• Absorgel Hanging is based on the proven ability of calcium chloride to aggressively remove moisture from the air. The absorbed water is bound into a gel so no liquid water is formed, which prevents leakage.
• The Absorgel Hanging is easy to use and designed to occupy minimal container space with full functionality. It is fitted with a hanging hook and adhesive pad to keep it securely in place.
• It can hang within the corrugated recess of container side panels or horizontally above the cargo and thus works well in tightly loaded containers.
• The calcium chloride absorbs moisture from the surrounding air passing in through its outer breathable packaging material. The  Absorgel’s adhesive gel ensures absorbed moisture stays in the product.

Absorgel Pouches- High absorption inbox desiccants

• Absorgel Pouches are effective in controlling moisture inside of crates, cartons and other types of packaging to prevent mold, fungus,  rust and other moisture related damages.
• The active ingredient in the Absorgel Pouch is calcium chloride, which has a superior ability to absorb moisture from the surrounding air.
• Absorgel Pouches can absorb over 10 times more than traditional inbox desiccants. The absorbed water is bound into a gel so that no liquid water is formed.

How the Absorgel Pouch works

The Absorgel Pouch starts working as soon as it is removed from its transparent packaging. The calcium chloride absorbs moisture from the surrounding air passing in through its outer breathable packaging material. The Absorgel Pouch’s adhesive gel ensures absorbed moisture stays in the product.

• The Absorgel Pouch Hanging Strip, consists of 4 pouches and absorbs 1.40 litres. This desiccant has just been introduced and because of price against absorption rate has proved to be very popular. This desiccant is on a hanger , and in the enclosed photograph you will note is used to safeguard container or storage cargo.

Absorgel Blanket For tightly packed containers

• Absorgel Blanket is based on the proven ability of calcium chloride to aggressively remove moisture from the air. The absorbed water is bound into a gel so no liquid water is formed, which prevents leakage.
• The Absorgel Blanket is easy to use. It is designed for placement on top of the cargo and occupies minimal container space with full functionality.
• The Absorgel adhesive gel ensures moisture stays in the product. A film of recyclable PE plastic on the lower side ensures that moisture cannot escape below. It is also fitted with adhesive pads below to keep it securely in place.
• Typical applications Absorgel Blankets can be used for all types of cargo. They are especially suitable when the cargo is tightly packed close to the container ceiling and walls. Absorgel Blankets are also suitable for reefer containers and trailers that do not have lashing rings to hang desiccants.

• Typical applications: Absorpoles can be used for any type of cargo that allows at least 5cm space between the cargo and the Absorpoles.
• Therefore they work particularly well in tightly packed containers.

• Esorb Desiccants

• Effective and lowers the relative humidity – protecting against moisture damage and prevent in condensation.

These desiccants are environmentally friendly and easy to use, once they have been removed from the sealed package the Esorb will immediately be activated.

• Esorb mineral desiccants are a range of inbox and container desiccants to protect cargo from moisture damage such as mold, fungus and rust.
• The absorbing materials include a choice of montmorillonite clay (MT) (100% clay) or active mineral desiccant (MD) (90% clay & 10% Calchlor) The active mineral desiccant (MD) is a mixture of montmorillonite clay and calcium chloride as active ingredients.
• Esorb come in various sizes and packaging materials to suit your needs, including desiccants that conform to MIL-D-3464 and other international standards.
• Esorb MT is recommended as an inbox desiccant suitable to protect most types of cargo inside of crates, cartons and boxes.
